A Brief Introduction
I'm Jan Skalicky Hanson and a life-long marketing professional. I’ve worked alongside business owners, service providers, vendors, non-profits and sales professionals for most of my career. I actually started my love for marketing helping my dad on weekends package his invention of the "SkalKin" in the basement of the bank he ran. He'd be catching up on mail in his office, smoking cigs, while my sister and I would package, label and stamp the week's orders from community bankers. There isn’t anything about promoting a business that I haven’t done.
Marketing As Life Long Career

For 18 years, I served as Senior Vice President and Marketing Director for a nationwide commercial bank managing an in-house marketing department. I consistently earned national awards for writing and our team won the Annual Report for 2005 and 2006 won 1st and 3rd Place from the American Bankers Association Marketing Network. Prior to that I started my own community newspaper. Today, I work with business owners, entrepreneurs, and other professionals to help them build their dreams. My desire to stay on the cutting edge of business with marketing has come full circle.
I am also involved in community service as the International Co-Chair and PR chairperson for the Sartell Rotary Club. Also, as founder and executive director of 200 Orphanages Worldwide I promote and coordinate fund raisers for buiding projects for partner organizations to better serve orphans in their care. I recently received the SERvice TO MANkind award by the St. Cloud Area Sertoma Club. My talents are best used serving others, whether seeing a businesses grow, or raising funds for orphans around the world.
